A delicious and easy low-carb bread made with Greek yogurt and almond flour, perfect for snacks and sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth. Combine this mixture with the dry ingredients and stir until no lumps remain.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
  6. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use plain Greek yogurt for best results. Feel free to add herbs or spices to flavor the bread.
