Delicate croissants elegantly adorned with powdered sugar stencils, perfect for a romantic breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • Croissants
  • Powdered sugar
  • Coffee art stencils
  • Sieve or shaker
  • Masking tape
  • Pink bakery tissue (optional)
  • Ramekins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Tape around the edge of the stencil to extend the area covered.
  2. Hold the taped stencil over a croissant so it curves with the shape of the pastry.
  3. Shake powdered sugar over the stencil.
  4. Carefully lift off the stencil.
  5. Optional: Serve the croissant with a cappuccino topped with a chocolate heart on top, made using your stencil and powdered chocolate.

Notes

Use warm croissants for the best flavor; experiment with different powdered toppings.
