- 2 red bell peppers (sliced thin)
- Mozzarella pearls (those little cherry tomato-sized ones)
- 1 head cauliflower (broken into florets)
- 1 cherry tomato (halved)
- 2 cans large black olives (drained)
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- Crackers (any kind you love)
- 2 celery stalks (cut into sticks)
Instructions
- Spread hummus in an oval shape on a serving platter for Santaβs face.
- Use cauliflower florets for the beard and trim for the hat.
- Arrange red bell peppers in a triangle for the hat and add a cauliflower pom-pom.
- Add black olives for eyes, a cherry tomato for the nose, and bell pepper for the mouth.
- Surround with cucumbers, snap peas, celery, and crackers for dipping.
