Description

Ingredients

  • Hummus (store-bought or homemade, your call!)
  • 2 red bell peppers (sliced thin)
  • Mozzarella pearls (those little cherry tomato-sized ones)
  • 1 head cauliflower (broken into florets)
  • 1 cherry tomato (halved)
  • 2 cans large black olives (drained)
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • Crackers (any kind you love)
  • 2 celery stalks (cut into sticks)

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus in an oval shape on a serving platter for Santa’s face.
  2. Use cauliflower florets for the beard and trim for the hat.
  3. Arrange red bell peppers in a triangle for the hat and add a cauliflower pom-pom.
  4. Add black olives for eyes, a cherry tomato for the nose, and bell pepper for the mouth.
  5. Surround with cucumbers, snap peas, celery, and crackers for dipping.
