Ingredients

  • 8 oz block feta cheese, drained (approx. 220 grams)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey (plus more, to serve)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • Fresh thyme (for garnish)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
  • Extra honey drizzle (for serving)
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend feta cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper to the food processor and blend until well combined.
  3. Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
  4. When ready to serve, garnish with walnuts, fresh thyme, honey drizzle, and black pepper.
  5. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.

Notes

Let feta sit at room temperature for easier blending. Adjust honey to taste. For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper.
