Crispy tortilla chips layered with gooey mozzarella cheese, savory marinara sauce, and all your favorite pizza toppings.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz tortilla chips (255 g)
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (130 g)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (220 g)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (75 g), sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup sausage (140 g), cooked and diced
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices (85 g), diced
  • 6 whole pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Spoon marinara sauce over the chips.
  4. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella over the marinara.
  5. Add mushrooms, green peppers, red onions, diced sausage, and diced pepperoni across the chips.
  6. Place whole pepperoni slices on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a different twist, customize toppings based on preferences or make it vegetarian by skipping meat.
