Delicious low-carb wraps that are customizable and satisfyingly crunchy, perfect for a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • Low-carb tortillas
  • Cooked ground beef or turkey
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Avocado
  • Taco seasoning
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Warm the low-carb tortillas in a pan for pliability.
  2. Mix the cooked ground meat with taco seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Layer the seasoned meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado onto the warmed tortilla.
  4. Add a dollop of sour cream or yogurt.
  5. Fold the tortilla sides inwards to create a wrap.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the wrap seam-side down until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, sauté onions and bell peppers before adding them to the wrap. Experiment with protein choices and spice levels.
