A refreshing wellness drink that combines warm water, Himalayan pink salt, and lemon juice for a natural boost.

Ingredients

  • 8–12 oz warm filtered water
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt (food-grade)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour warm filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in 1/2 tsp of fresh lemon juice and mix well.
  4. If desired, add 1 tsp of raw honey for sweetness and stir until combined.
  5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach for maximum benefits.

Notes

Use warm water to help the salt dissolve easily. Adjust the lemon juice for added zest and increase raw honey for more sweetness if preferred.
