A flavorful and easy dish that impresses with its stuffed chicken breasts, combining spinach, ricotta, and cheddar.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup fresh spinach (50 g)
  • ¼ cup ricotta cheese (50 g)
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese (20 g)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash and chop spinach, mix with ricotta cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the chicken: Cut slits in the chicken breasts, about 5-6 slits each.
  3. Season the chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  4. Stuff the chicken by spooning the spinach-ricotta mixture into each slit and top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Let it rest a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and avoid overstuffing to prevent the chicken from falling apart.
