- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup basil pesto

Instructions
- Prep the balsamic glaze by whisking together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and salt.
- Season chicken with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6–8 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Add mozzarella on top of the chicken and let it melt.
