- 2 pounds green beans
- ½ pound bacon, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and trim the green beans, cutting off the ends.
- Cook the diced bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside, leaving 1-2 tablespoons of bacon grease in the pan.
- Add butter to the skillet and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Toss the green beans into the skillet, cooking for 7-10 minutes until tender but slightly crisp.
- Stir in the bacon and sprinkle with Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- You can use frozen green beans; just thaw and pat dry before cooking.
