An irresistible side dish that transforms ordinary cauliflower into a flavor-packed delight with garlic, butter, and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Cut the cauliflower into similar-sized florets for even cooking. Adjust the garlic amount to taste, and add red pepper flakes for spice.
