Deliciously crispy and golden fish sticks made effortlessly in the air fryer, perfect for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cod, sliced into strips
  • Salt and pepper, to season
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil spray (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the cod into strips about the size of traditional fish sticks and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Create a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs and salt, and one with a mixture of Panko, parmesan, Old Bay, and garlic powder.
  3. Dip each fish strip in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat in the Panko mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place coated fish sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly spray with olive oil, and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Enjoy your crispy fish sticks!
