Delightful pastry rolls filled with tangy cranberry, orange, and lemon, perfect for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, sugar, orange zest, and lemon juice. Cook until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cranberry mixture onto each square.
  5. Roll up the dough, pinching the edges to seal.
  6. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
