Tropical and creamy, Pineapple Fluff is an easy no-bake dessert made with pineapple, coconut, marshmallows, and whipped topping. Perfect for summer!

 
 

 

Ingredients

  • 3.4-ounce box of vanilla pudding mix
  • ¼ cup cream of coconut
  • 20-ounce can of crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 8-ounce tub of whipped topping (thawed)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • ⅓ cup maraschino cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix with cream of coconut and juice from the crushed pineapple. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until combined.
  3. Stir in the crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and macadamia nuts until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish or bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
  5. Top with maraschino cherries before serving if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, toast the shredded coconut before mixing it in.
  • Swap macadamia nuts with pecans or almonds if preferred.
  • This dessert tastes even better when made a day ahead.
