A delicious low-carb and gluten-free pizza crust made with almond flour and mozzarella cheese, perfect for keto diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and egg to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to your desired thickness.
  6. Transfer the rolled-out crust onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, add your favorite toppings, and bake again until the cheese is melted.

Notes

Roll the dough evenly for a nice crust. For a crunchier texture, bake a little longer. Experiment with favorite seasonings for added flavor!
