Delightfully sweet and chewy blondies topped with a crunchy cinnamon sugar blend. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
  3. Add the egg, honey, and vanilla, whisking until well mixed.
  4. Stir in the flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Mix the granulated sugar and the remaining ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the batter.
  6. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow to cool completely before cutting.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an added treat. Store leftover blondies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
