Delightful blend of sweet and savory meatballs coated in tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, ketchup, and soy sauce. Pour this mixture over the meatballs.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

Don’t Overmix the meatball ingredients. You can make the meatballs a day ahead and store them in the fridge. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
