Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/3 Cup Almond Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey, and pumpkin spice until smooth to create the filling.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and pour a small amount of melted chocolate in each liner.
  4. Add a spoonful of the pumpkin filling on top of the chocolate in each liner, then cover with more melted chocolate.
  5. Repeat until all ingredients are used, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
