A rich and creamy chocolate protein pudding that’s both indulgent and nutritious, perfect for post-workout or a satisfying snack.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla)
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the pudding for an hour to thicken.
  3. When ready to enjoy, serve with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and berries if desired.

Notes

For an extra creamy texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Adjust the sweetness with more or less maple syrup. Experiment with different protein powder flavors for a unique twist.
