All the flavors of a classic burger without the bun! This Burger Bowl is packed with juicy beef, crispy fries, fresh veggies, and tangy sauce.

Ingredients

Burger Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Bowl Ingredients

  • 4 cups lettuce (romaine, iceberg, or mixed greens)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups French fries, cooked
  • Big Mac sauce or dressing of choice
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
 
 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Cook the Burger Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir occasionally until fully browned. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
  2. Prepare Ingredients: Chop veggies, shred cheese, and cook bacon. Keep everything ready for easy assembly.
  3. Cook the Fries: Bake, air-fry, or fry French fries until golden and crispy.
  4. Assemble Bowls: Start with a lettuce base. Add cooked beef, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, cheddar cheese, bacon, and fries.
  5. Add Sauce: Drizzle Big Mac sauce or your dressing of choice on top. Garnish with sesame seeds.
  6. Serve: Enjoy immediately for the best flavors and textures.
