Delicious and rich chocolate brownies, perfect for creating sweet memories with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For extra fudgy brownies, underbake slightly. Nuts and peanut butter can be added for variation.
