Start your morning with these fluffy banana protein pancakes! Packed with healthy ingredients, they’re perfect for breakfast or a post-workout meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (old-fashioned or quick)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1–2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes, flip, and cook another 2–3 minutes until golden.
  4. Serve hot with toppings like fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, or maple syrup.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • Adjust the liquid if the batter is too thick.
