Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 2 tablespoons flax meal

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes, flip, and cook another 2–3 minutes until golden.
