2 chicken breasts, finely diced

1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
¾ cup BBQ sauce (215 g)
13 oz tortilla chips (370 g), 1 bag
2 cups shredded cheese (200 g), shredded
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 tomato, diced
8 strips bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
½ cup sour cream (115 g)
1 avocado, diced
Instructions
Prep the Chicken: Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. Cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked. Stir in BBQ sauce and let simmer for a couple of minutes.
Build the Nacho Base: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). On a large baking sheet, spread tortilla chips in an even layer.
Load It Up: Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the chips, add BBQ chicken, and then top with the remaining cheese.
