Ingredients

  • 4 salmon filets (about 2 pounds, skin-on)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (plus extra for garnish)
  • Chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Pat the salmon filets dry and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and salt. Taste and adjust the spiciness as desired.
  3. Place salmon filets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the Bang Bang Sauce generously over each filet.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Sprinkle garnishes of sesame seeds and chopped green onion before serving.

Notes

For a crispier finish, try using an air fryer instead of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
