Juicy grilled chicken skewers with a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup bang bang sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken chunks with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken skewers with the bang bang sauce for dipping.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
