Soft, chewy cookies bursting with creamy banana flavor and gooey white chocolate chips, perfect for any dessert lover.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3.4-ounce package banana cream instant pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add the banana cream pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the wet mixture until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are lightly golden, allowing them to cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for even chewier cookies. Don’t overbake—cookies will firm as they cool.
