Crispy, flavorful, and easy-to-make air fryer red potatoes that are the perfect side dish for any meal. Ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Yukon Gold Potatoes (baby or regular)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan over the potatoes during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

  • For extra crispiness, shake the basket multiple times during cooking.
  • Use parchment paper to line the air fryer basket for easy cleanup.
