Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle parmesan over the potatoes during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
