Make a quick, cheesy air fryer quesadilla with just two ingredients! Perfect for a snack, lunch, or dinner. Crispy outside, gooey inside.

Ingredients

  • 2 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Colby-jack cheese, shredded

Optional: Add cooked chicken, black beans, or veggies for extra flavor.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat and evenly sprinkle cheese over it. Place the second tortilla on top and press lightly.
  3. Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  4. Air fry for 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Let cool for 1 minute, slice, and serve.
