Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Lay one tortilla flat and evenly sprinkle cheese over it. Place the second tortilla on top and press lightly.
- Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool for 1 minute, slice, and serve.
