Air Fryer Pizza Rolls

Crispy on the outside and melty on the inside, these air fryer pizza rolls are an easy and fun snack perfect for parties and movie nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (13.8 ounces) pizza dough, thinly rolled out and cut into 16 squares
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup pepperoni, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together pizza sauce, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
  3. Lightly dust your work surface with flour. Roll out the pizza dough into a 12×12 inch square and cut into 16 smaller squares.
  4. On each square, add 1 teaspoon of the seasoned pizza sauce, a teaspoon of diced pepperoni, and a teaspoon of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Wet the edges of the dough squares with water and fold the corners into the center to seal.
  6. Spray the finished rolls with cooking spray and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for about 8 minutes, or until dark golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with ranch or extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Don’t overfill the rolls and ensure they are sealed well to prevent them from bursting. Customize ingredients as desired.
