Crispy and juicy air fryer chicken bites that are easy to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Panko
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Cube the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Set Up Your Coating Station: Prepare three bowls – one for flour, salt, and pepper; one for olive oil and minced garlic; and one for Panko, parmesan, parsley, and paprika.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Dip each piece of chicken in flour, then in the garlic-oil mixture, and finally in the Panko-parmesan mix, ensuring the coating sticks.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 400°F and preheat for a few minutes.
  5. Cook the Chicken Bites: Place the coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Pull out the chicken bites, let them cool, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra crunch, double-coat the chicken by repeating the dipping process. You can also use chicken thighs for a richer flavor.
