Deliciously crispy and naturally sweet apple chips, perfect for healthy snacking made easy in your air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple (any variety: Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Gala)
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apple. Slice thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) without peeling.
  2. Lay apple slices on a tray and sprinkle apple pie spice evenly over them.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 300°F. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the basket.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  5. Let the chips cool for about 5 minutes to crisp up further before serving.

Notes

For thicker slices, cook closer to 15 minutes and expect a chewier texture. You can use cinnamon or ginger as spice alternatives.
