Salmon

  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Mango Avocado Salsa

  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, minced
  • ¼ cup red onion, minced
  • ½ jalapeño, minced (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lime juice + 1 tsp zest
  • Salt to taste

For Serving

  • 1 ½ cups cooked rice
