This 3-ingredient banana bread is the easiest, most delicious way to enjoy a homemade loaf. Made with just ripe bananas, self-rising flour, and eggs, this recipe is perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or dessert. Naturally sweet, moist, and fluffy—no sugar or butter needed!

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. Gradually add self-rising flour, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Slice and enjoy!

  • Use overripe bananas for the best sweetness and moisture.
