A delicious and creamy chocolate mousse made with ripe avocados, perfect for a low-calorie dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness as needed, adding more honey or syrup if desired.
  5. Transfer the mousse into serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure avocados are perfectly ripe for the creamiest texture. Use high-quality cocoa powder for intense flavor.
